Mistakes happen and it's okay. Judge them by how they handle mistakes - there were two issues with our food and the staff handled it well! Fries were a bit cold, as were the nuggets, but everything else tasted fresh.

Friendly staff, quick service and clean tables. Great when you have hungry kids and don't have a lot of time.

The place was dead when I walked in, the girl at the front counter was new and had no idea what she was doing and had to ask someone for help constantly. The manager she was asking help from was not helping at all. I watched my fries sit on the counter for about 6 min befor I got up and went to the front counter. I was going to ask where is my food but another customer was already complaining about waiting for his burger as well. The girl up front simply said its ready but I have to take care of this first. His order was sitting longer than mine. Finally I got my order with the cold fries and went to my table to eat when I hear other customers complaining about the wait and that the orders are coming out wrong. I don't think this is how Wendy's ran When I was a kid working there. Heck back then we cared about quality and professionalism.
