Webb City Wendy's is the worst. Terrible service, food is often cold and they always mess up your order. Always. Last time we went, we ordered a frosty, they put it in a mini cup, then put that mini cup inside the regular frosty size cup. What the heck is that? I have called management and they apologize but nothing gets fixed. I just want to be able to go here and actually get the food I order. We have stopped going here entirely now.

You walk into their door and you're immediately hit with the pungent smell of burnt grease.  The woman at the counter couldn't of been any colder or ruder.  I haven't been in a Wendy's since 2009 and judging from this experience it'll be another 10 years.

I don't know why this Wendy's has so many negative reviews. It's definitely one of the better ones in the area. Service has always been friendly and fast. Much better than the one on West 7th!

Asked for extra mayo and was told there was and clearly there was not extra mayo on burger. Also tables and floors were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Definitely not please with the product I received this evening!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fries they gave me tasted as if they where made this morning. i expect better for my money, and expect employees who are paid to do ajob and provide a certain level of freshness to do so
