Friendly Booking process, Easy payment and pleasure to deal with via telephone. 

VERY Poor execution. The driver, instead of calling me (even on our wedding day would have accepted his call), OR getting out of his seat and walking into the HOTEL LOBBY TO LET THE CONCIERGE KNOW HE WAS THERE..... INSTEAD of doing any of that, he just sat for 50 minutes in the 52 passenger bus that I paid $$$.00 for (by the hour). As a result, our wedding was delayed. 

There are other negatives about our experience with Werner Coach, but I will not post them publicly.

We used Werner Coach as a shuttle for our wedding day from the reception to the hotel. The customer service was much better than I expected. It took a little back and forth to decide what would work best for our event, but they did everything to help us make it work. The buses were great with tons of space and seating. They were on time and the driver was very friendly. They even adjusted things the day of to better accommodate our needs because there were some last minute changes. Overall they were very friendly, very professional and always had our best interest in mind. I would strongly recommend using them.

Werner was great from start to finish! The sales staff was SO friendly, and the driver was very professional.  He arrived early, and worked with us to make sure we had a great experience all day long. Would recommend to anyone! :)

I used Werner Coach as a shuttle for my wedding and it was great!  Amazing customer service leading up to the big day.  They even made an extra run at the end because we had to bring a lot of boxes and leftover items with us.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!

This company is hired by my college and I have been on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting for another bus to come pick us up. It is now 10:55 pm and we were told it'll be another hour until they come.
