The employees who work at this hospital are very dedicated to helping their patients get well. Everyone from the Chief Medical Officer and CEO all the way to the Psychology Dept., Nursing, Housekeeping and Maintenance, TRULY care about their patient's well-being. In the past, I have had the pleasure of working with the employees and I know first hand how professional and caring they are. The main focus of this hospital is to help the patients get well, understand their illness and triggers and to learn to modify their behavior. Patients attend classes daily to learn about their individual condition and how to respond in a healthy way to situations and stress. Those who want to can work in a supervised, sheltered Workshop or the Canteen, or grow vegetables (to sell to employees) and learn job skills and earn money which helps them regain their dignity and independence. Upon discharge, the patient has a 'tool kit' and a support system in place to help them successfully live outside of the hospital environment.  I love the fish pond and flower gardens they have. The campus is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It was a joy to go to work everyday there and work with such dedicated employees.

Horrible there's so much racism in this place it's ridiculous,it's a complete joke.
