Wertz Motor Coaches is a family owned company that has been serving the Philadelphia area, including Northern Delaware, Brandywine Valley, Main Line and Southern New Jersey, for 93 years. President Eisenhower, President Clinton and even Pope John Paul II have all set foot inside a WERTZ bus. While our history is notable, we pride ourselves on our safety record. Call us for your school and bus transportation and we have group tours. Transportation operations are available 24/7. We are Philadelphia area’s oldest motorcoach operator, in business since 1919.

professional well run a+ experience

Wertz Motor Coach got us to and from our destination safely  this summer and the drivers were extremely courteous and helpful.  AAA rating for this portion of our trip!!   However, our bus was 1 hour late to pick us up, leaving us to wait in the hot parking lot and making us an hour late to our destination - causing us to lose money.   We tried to resolve the issue and Wertz was extremely rude, deflected responsibility and refused to apologize or offer a small refund, and ended up choosing finally to not respond at all to us.  Highly recommend getting ALL correspondence in writing, and clearly document things that happen on your trip with dated pictures, as their word over the phone means nothing.  AAA rating on on booking easily, providing safe transportation and drivers - but way below par and simply HORRID customer service.

We as customers often take time to complain but in this instance I would like to commend Wertz and their driver Larry. Larry has been our driver to SCI Green for my trip in November and January. The trip went so smoothly I could not believe that there was only one complaint and that was about the bus having no way to charge electronics which made for a very quite trip. Please keep up the good work and reserve Larry for every trip to SCI Green. We love our driver.,
