At West 56th Dental Associates we understand our patients because we’re your neighbor. We’ve been a part of the community for over 25 years. Our friendly and caring staff is a snapshot of the community in which we live and love . Each member brings a diverse background and experience, which helps our patients feel right at home. We also maintain the latest technologies, work convenient hours, and implement a comfortable caring approach to dentistry. Our highly trained, dedicated, and motivated staff has one primary goal - your utmost comfort! We want your family to know that we are caring, respectful, and honest. We will treat you as a member of our "family and dear friends".

Vonda is our patient coordinator and has over twelve years in the dental profession. She has worked for West 56th Dental for eight years and is an expert on dental insurances and treatment. Beth is another patient coordinator. She is new to the field of dental office management, but you will find her to be very helpful even with the smallest of details. These dedicated ladies have years of experience solving the needs of patients and are a wealth of knowledge about insurance and dental coverage. They are always ready to help you with your questions and calm your fears.

We have three terrific dental hygienists in our practice: Mindy, Sarah, and Kayla. These wonderful ladies will be there to answer your treatment questions or if you need an extra hand to hold. Many of our staff are bilingual and speak Spanish fluently. They all are dedicated to making your dental experience the best appointment in a dental office you have had. We pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and patient communication. All of the doctors and staff stay abreast of all the new advances in dentistry by spending many hours in continuing education classes throughout the year. Dr. Todd Bowman

Dr. Bowman was born and raised in Orange County, California. After attending Brigham Young University, he and his new wife Beth, packed up all their belongings in a 1978 Ford Fiesta to begin the long trip to Louisville, Kentucky. In 1985 he graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. The family moved back to Utah and started practicing in Orem. After three years he decided to open a new office in West Valley City. It has been over two decades now that West 56th Dental has been treating patients in their newly remodeled office.

Helping patients achieve the ultimate smile is his utmost goal. Dr. Bowman strives to provide the highest standard of personalized dental care using his skilled training in the latest advances of dental technology. To stay abreast with all that is new in dental science he has attended countless hours of continuing education. He takes a gentle approach, easing any concerns you might have by providing valuable patient education. He listens so he can understand your particular needs. He will work with you to achieve what you want through integrating cosmetic, restorative, and dental implant principles.

Dr. Bowman is very committed to his family, faith, and service to the community. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Beth, for over thirty years. Together they have five handsome boys, each of which have spent many hours in the dental office learning to serve others. Dr. Bowman volunteers his services each year to many of the needy in the West Valley community. He recently returned from a medical mission in Migori, Kenya, where he served hundreds in need of dental and medical treatment. He and his family enjoy traveling, snow skiing, biking and scuba diving.

Dr. Bowman is a member of several dental and medical organizations, including the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and the Wilderness Medical Society.
