I've go to West Acres Mall often. I enjoy the food court as well as the name brand women's clothing stores. The pharmacy is a great idea. I was given meds for bronchitis after they diagnosed me. The kiddos like the enclosed play area in the food court. I've been in meetings in the conference room downstairs. The elevator helps you get downstairs and avoid the stairs. Customer Services in the food court is convenient and helpful. In the food court the huge fireplace is beautiful and cozy. There's been talk and rumours about bringing in more stores. We'll have to see how that turns out.

Liked easy access to handicapped scooter.  Not a lot if walking to get there.  Was nice to be able to be at the mall.  I really need a scooter to get around places.  Appreciate when they are available.

Great shopping. As well as variety of stores. It always seems busy. I enjoy a good vigorous walk around before shopping. Food court sometimes makes me drool and difficult to decide what to eat.

The fountain is nice. The food court has some decent food options. There are too many teenagers walking around. That makes for a slightly worse experience. The bathrooms are usually clean. Don't use the one by the food court, its the busiest. The one tucked away in the basement is the best.

Good place to shop but losing sears and the Christian family bookstore really was my only real draw.  But they are adding new stores including a nice new toy store my kids like.
