They do good work but place is nasty as hell they loud as hell bathroom was ridiculously nasty

I was in and out and my braids were really cute I had Senegalese twists and the back started slipping out within a month and my hair is not even short ! Two workers started arguing right in front of everyone I thought they were going to start fighting. The price was great but I can't with my braids slipping out that quick

My senegalese twist were beautiful initially, then they started sliding out. This was shocking to me because my natural hair is long. I would expect this with shorter hair. They also charged me more because according to them I have a lot of hair. They wanted to charge to replace the twist that came out within the first 2 weeks I had them. Even after I paid to have my missing twist replaced...more came out...never again! The salon was very hot and uncomfortable. The seating in the waiting area was tacky. The sofa was worn and torn imitation leather. Not to mention very uncomfortable. I expect more for the money I spent.

My experience can't even begin with the word horrible. I went in for box braids but last time it took about 3 hours but this time it took 8-9 hours. The girl who was doing my hair kept messing up and taking these tiny pieces and then another girl came to help but she just sat on her phone the whole time. Then for about 2 hours they were just talking and not working on my hair. One lesson I learned is that I am never EVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

After two weeks my braids starting coming out, They were different sizes.They didn't cut the extra hair..Thwir customer service was rude right after the owner left.. 😬🙄 I do not recommend this place ever
