Excellent! This is a friendly and professional office. Crystal helped me with provider information and even called the Insurance company for me. Having my teeth cleaned by Missy was a pleasant experience, she was thorough and informative. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Webb, who is very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I have complete confidence in Dr Webb and his staff. I’ve found my Dentist!

I really like going to West Asheville Dentistry! Doctor Webb and everyone in the office are very caring, kind, and friendly which makes you feel warm and comfortable. I have to say that I am a very nervous person when it comes to going to the Dentist. I don't feel that way when I go there. They are a 5 Star in my book!

I have spent many, many hours in a dentist's chair throughout my 50 years due to a traumatic injury and wanted to let the locals know where they can go to get great dental service. All of my appointments have been have been on time, all staff is wonderful, dentist is gentle, concerned, checks insurance coverage before proceeding upon request, ensures comfort throughout visit.

There are many things that I value about being a patient of West Asheville Family Dentistry. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and treated like a friend or family member. My dental hygienist Tracy is always patient, thorough, and gental. Dr. Webb is also friendly, professional, thorough and gentle, and I know I can trust his guidance as it relates to my dental care.
