Very friendly staff. Dr. Turner has such a wonderful personality. They are professional and make you aware of everything they do during the visit. They asked several times if I was comfortable (as could be during cleanings and procedures). I had a regular cleaning just last week. Before that in September had a crown put in. I was well informed during both. All 4 visits (two for the crown) I did not wait more than 10 minutes. I was in and out in the time they quoted it would take. I know this can't always happen, but 4 for 4 so far is great! Side note, I had my 2 children with me (during 2 shorter visits). We homeschool and I can't always ask my husband to get off work. Though there wasn't really accommodations for them... the staff found somewhere for them to sit and were polite and kind to them as well. I don't think I could as for much more.

Very pleasurable experience. Office was very nicely decorated and appeared recently updated. Overall clean environment. Every chair was in a private room. Cleaning was enjoyable. My 8 yo son was seen at the same time. Convenient! Dr Turner was nice, quick and thorough.

West Augusta Associates is an amazing dental office with fast and friendly patient care. I never have to wait a long time after checking in and I'm never in the dental chair for too long. The service is always efficient. If you have a problem, they do whatever they can to mend your issue. Dr. Turner is an awesome dentist and person. I would recommend everyone to him!

I have been a patient at West Augusta Dental Association for many years. The care I have received from yearly checkups to more intensive procedures have always been first rate. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I was a new patient today and was nervous about coming in as it had been a while since I had a dentist appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, smiled at and felt welcomed. I didn't not wait long at all before I was called back. I was greeted again by my hygienist Amanda who was really sweet and even quickly gave me a compliment. She then proceeded to make me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout my cleaning. She answered all of my questions and reassured my concerns very professionally. Amanda was such a great hygentist I can't wait to come back!! Dr. Smith was also really great and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and once again answered all of my questions. He explained to me everything that they discussed in a way I could understand. I was walked out and in the good hands of the girls that checked me out and scheduled my next appointment. If you can't tell by everything I have said already I had a wonderful experience. Everyone at this office is so exquisite!!! I can't wait for follow up appointments!! I recommend going here if you don't already!!!
