Ordered the Nashville Mac n Cheese Sandwich. It supposed to be a chicken sandwich with mac n cheese with hot sauce. This is what I got. Some burnt brown nasty stuff to ruin a perfect sandwich. Called to ask about it and was told that is the sauce they use and to have a nice day. I have had the sandwich before with the last month and it had a normal red hot sauce. If this is what they are serving now. Good bye!

West Ave Chicken and West Ave Pizza next door have new owners & they are cooking up some really delicious food! Already tried the empanadas, taquitos, street corn, wings, chicken sandwiches, a Reuben, and the mac & cheese. Service & delivery are exceptional! I’m a picky eater who usually eats only broiled fish or seafood but this place has given me more options for dinner/take out!

Tried the Buffalo and North chicken sandwiches for the first time today - holy moly, they are SO good!!! I mean, so so SO good!! Lots of options to choose from. Wings are great, too. Next up were going to try the chicken dinners. You HAVE to try these sandwiches!!

I tried the Honkey Tonk chicken sandwich yesterday and it was SO good that I ordered from West Ave again tonight so that I can introduce my 14 year old boy to it. And I don’t even like chicken sandwiches.  It’s that good. Try them today. Also, heck of a nice group of employees!

Small mostly takeout.Absolutely the best fried chicken in Saratoga Springs that I am aware of. Good side dishes. They also have a great pizza shop.  Parking: A large parking lot right in front of restaurant.

This place is really good. Great food and friendly staff. The burgers are excellent and the chicken is nice and juicy.

Very very good and fast didn’t have to wait so long for the food. We was new in the area and try this place for the 1st time and it came out amazing. Thank you your deserves more then a 5 star wish I can give more

Really good food. Ordered the taquitos, corn, North County sandwich, and the chicken noodle soup. Loved it all. Will be back for sure!  Parking: Plentiful

Absolutely delicious.  We are so glad we ordered from here.  The portions are beyond generous - we both got lunch and dinner out of our original orders. The Nashville sandwich was spicy and and came with homemade potato chips. We are stoked to try the other things on the menu like the fried Spanish rice balls.  Will definitely be back.

Ordered two Susie grilled chicken sandwiches and Spanish Rice. All the food was ready on-time for my pickup, packaged nicely, and presented by a friendly young staff member. The food was delicious and made exactly as we ordered. We’ll be back!
