This place is exceptionally clean and the owner is great. Stopped the other evening to grab a quick bite and was blown away with the cleanliness. I wish I could say the same about the pizza. It's below average unfortunately.
We looked at the menu online as we are staying here from out of town. I called and ordered and drove 12 minute to pick it up. We calculated the cost to about $45 based on the online prices and sales tax etc. When I paid for my food I was charge $65. Due to rushing I didn't realize it. When I got back to my hotel I looked at my slip and was shocked, so I called them immediately. I was give attitude and told "our pricing on our website is not correct sooo yeah. We have printed menus here for a reason and the pricing on door dash is more accurate." I pretty much just hung up. The food was awful. My 7 year old refused to eat his pizza because it was that gross, so I tried a piece and knew there was no way any of us would eat that pizza. I ordered a Gyro grinder because I don't care for the gyro wrap....... But I got a straight up gyro. And due to it not being wrapped properly it was spilling out everywhere. My mom had wings and those weren't too bad, but the cheesecake was not good either. I could have looked past the qaulity if they weren't rude about their pricing issues. In NH, restaurants don't have out of date online menus. And if by chances a price is off they do the right thing and give us the items for the price listed on their website.
PRICES ON WEBSITE ARE VERY WRONG!! The pizza I ordered cost $10 more than what their online menu said. Was told they are not able to change their website and was handed a paper menu. The food was fine, but I would have gone elsewhere had I known the actual price. GET THE PAPER MENU FOR THE REAL PRICES!
Bought large 4 topping Pizza to go on Aug. 18, 2022. Charged with tax $31.00. I did not question how much as I never went to the West Brattleboro Pizza before. Had Hamburger, Pepperoni, Onion and Green Peppers. Being in a rush I paid and than later realized I was way overcharged. Pizza was decent and staff friendly but not worth $31.00. Never Again…
Best Pizza place in West Brattleboro. The chicken gyro is my favorite dish and from what I’ve seen in other reviews, it’s a crowd favorite. Decent wing too!
Delicious and fresh, West Brattleboro Pizza makes it easy to order and pick up a delicious NYC style pie in about 15-20 minutes. They have a full menu and are open daily except Sunday. Check it out and let them serve you up a delicious handmade pizza pie.
Not worth the money they charge for the food, then all the online prices are nowhere near correct. Vermont inn pizza on canal st is a better choice. Or even dominoes.
Do not order based off of their website prices. Went to the menu on their website, ordered 2 gyros listed as $6.75 each and a side of fries. When I went in to pay, the total came out to $40. I told him that I was expecting to pay what was listed on the website and the dude started screaming at me and cursing me out. It's understandable that prices don't get updated on infrequently used websites and I totally would have been willing to pay if he had kept his cool, but I'm not really about paying people that scream at me over a quick lunch.
Great Pizza! Def the best in Southern Vermont. I wanted my wife to experience NY style pizza and the reviews here lead us to drive 30 mins away to have some. Totally worth it. There's at least 5 pizza places local to our home and we would rather drive to Bratt to get this pizza instead. It's that good.
Large pizza is enormous and sliced in squares, it was good, we’d go again.
