I recently purchased a used bike from this store and ran into some issues with the fork seal leaking, whatever stuff happens I made my appointment to get it warrantied. While it was in the shop I received a call from Phil who notified me that my rear ABS sensor was broken. He promptly began searching for the part which was not an easy one to find. Long story short. Phil expressed genuine concern for getting my bike and I back on the road as fast as possible. I would recommend this service department to anyone in need of servicing. Good job guys.

I had a major mechanical issue while traveling.  Took my bike to West Coast Harley-Davidson.  Service department said that they could not look at bike until Monday (this was on a Friday).  Given that this was going to seriously screw up my planned trip, I started a discussion with them about trading in and buying a new bike.  My salesperson was not very interested in selling me a bike.  Usually the salesperson is stuck to you like glue, but not my salesperson.  I couldn't even find my salesperson on a couple of occasions.   The dealership didn't act like they wanted my business.  I finally just left and went to their sister dealership.  Bought a bike there.

Went to this store to ask about buying a Harley on credit.
Told them we were turned down at another store with out even checking our credit.
They were professional polite & effient. 
Told us after checking our credit rating that we easily qualified & sold us a nice bike.
They were easy to work with helpful & kind.

Incredible service. Terry was absolutely a pro and walked me completely through the whole process. I would always recommend Monterey Harley. Hats off also to Katlyn and Matt.
