I recently had to replace a water heater in my condo and I was lucky to find West Coast Robert was quick to respond and was able to replace my heater the very next day. After we mopped up the water from our Sunday morning drain back-up in the basement, we called for help. (The place we called first hadn't returned the call 6 hours later.) Nice to speak to a live person at John's. She paged Josh, one of their techs, who called back very quickly and arrived in about an hour. He was efficient, friendly, and willing to tell us what he was doing and why as he sussed out the problem and worked on the solution. Aside from some apparently justifiable tsk-tsking over our not having done preventive maintenance on our main line, he was focused, persistent, and patient in getting through what turned out to be old pine tree roots that had worked their way into our line. I was happy to learn good things about the company in general. It's a family offshoot of a larger family-run business in Boston. Quick service; friendly, knowledgeable, experienced tech; and a price ($255) that could have been worse on a Sunday call where he had to spend a couple hours.

Wow what a service this is an agency that helped us get a water heater the same day we had called. Sent us Tomas and he came and assisted with the new installation great job by a great company

Had need for a plumber to come assist us with our sewer line. We ended up needing a new sewer line Installation. Met with the plumber Steve and he was able to get us a quote back and we went ahead and did the work.

Was really happy with Ron and how he had me set up with services for a hydro jetting helped our house get back to normal
