Its a shame that the picture provided as proof of family own business really doesn't even come close to the store frontage located at the address provided. Look closely at the picture, the address is "8".  As a fool I went to the address provided and the name next to a darken office and locked door was not the same.

The flower arrangement was nothing like the one I ordered. Every flower was replaced with a less expensive flower. The arrangement was also put together poorly and looked sloppy. I called and left a message to express my concerns and never received a call back.

Lulu works with our non-profit organization and we do most of our business with them for several arrangements throughout the year.  The owner, Michelle, sets us up with excellent arrangements and goes well above and beyond what is expected.  Her idea of customer service is the best I've ever encountered in any industry and she goes to great lengths to ensure quality and satisfaction with the service and final product.  
I highly recommend using her services for any arrangement you might need.  She has even helped us through her network of florists when she was not able to complete an order in certain areas. 
I would caution against using the online services as it is merely a handler for orders and at times charged us for things we did not order.  This was by no fault of Lulu's.  Almost every time I call the 636 number, I am able to work with the store directly.

I had a last minute order for my daughter. Michelle at Lulu was friendly and helpful, clearly communicating they were happy to have my business (instead of grumpy that I needed help fast). She got the order delivered ahead of schedule and called me to confirm. GREAT!
