We found a certified used Volvo we were interested in on the web and contacted  Dan Suntrup for information.  He was helpful, responsive and honest in answering our questions and we ended up traveling 300 miles to    meet with Dan, test drive the car and complete the purchase.  It was probably our best car buying experience in the past 50 years.  Dan continues to be helpful and responsive even though we live 300 miles from his dealership. Thanks, Dan

Great experience and service from beginning to end.  Tom Calkins was my sales person.  He took time to explain all of the technology and after a software update, he made sure it worked.  He had everything ready to go on time and even the financial office was easy to deal with.  Never felt pressured and they came in higher than 2 other places on my trade.

Harris Thomas greeted me promptly with a smile as I entered the service entrance bay.  I told him what I wanted to be done and he repeated it back to me word-for-word, so we knew we communicated correctly.  What a wonderful thing to do!

Check with Tom Caulkin if you're interested in buying a car. Happened to catch him on the lot on a Sunday and he wasd extremely helpful.
