Great care in the middle of the night. Plus my nurse was very kind. I highly recommend this emergency center

I came here a couple weeks ago with my mom and there was no wait time. We got into a room right away, but when the nurses came in was when the bad experience started. I had my blood taken and my IV put in by a male nurse and it was put in the most inconvenient and painful spot in my arm. Later on a female nurse came in and asked for my insurance information and I currently don't have a hard copy of my insurance card, so I told her I had a mobile version of my card on my cell phone. When I told her she instantly got an attitude and was unwilling to work with the information that I had. The nurses did not show interest or care in my needs and did not seem to listen to what I had to say. I will not be going back to this place unless I absolutely have to otherwise I will drive the extra miles to the other emergency rooms.

Girlfriend came her. The "Doctor" began pushing his personal religious views about contraception onto her. Was condescending and patriarchal to her and made rude remarks to her throughout her stay. Completely unprofessional and inexperienced. She and I agreed NEVER to return here. I really hope this place gets shut down or they fire that terrible, rude, religious nut.

I am mother of 4 little boys and all of us together are a family of 6. This place is better than visiting our family practice and pediatrician for emergencies. The Doctors always know what they're doing, all staff members have such wonderful compassion for us. It's cleaner than the doctor's office and faster. They saved my life once and was able to correct a miss diagnosis of my son that could have turned for the worse. I love and trust this group!

I took my adult daughter into this ER March 28th around 9pm, there was no wait and they got us into a room immediately. She had sliced open a place on her ankle directly on the bone. We knew she would need stitches. The first male nurse came in and started to remove the bandage we had applied at home, he was less than gentle. Took a look and said the doctor would be in to stitch it up in a few minutes and that she would need a tetanus shot. The doctor came in didn't ever introduce himself so we assumed he was the doctor. He examined to wound and cleaned it and then began to numb the area. He started stitching and she was not numb enough and upon the second stitch she let him know. He did some more numbing and started again she said again she could feel it and it hurt. He continued with the next two stitches disregarding her telling him it was not numb enough. He then gave some pretty basic instructions which included stay off for 24 hours and resume work and regular activity after the 24 hours. They were ready to discharge us but hadn't given the tetanus shot they said she needed so we had to remind them and they said oh yeah and did the shot upon being reminded by the patient. Again we were getting the go ahead that we were done and the they decided before we left they wanted a x-ray to make sure there was no broken glass in the wound, this seemed strange since she was already stitched up and almost out the door. The level of general concern for my daughter's laceration was mild to say the least. After the x-ray was cleared we did get discharge papers and they said we were free to go, mind you they had just said stay off the foot for 24 hours no one offered to wheel her out and when I requested the nurse do so he seemed inconvenienced. Upon standing to get in the wheelchair hear wound began to bleed a lot. He had to get her back into the room and re bandage her. We were very unhappy with the entire experience overall. From start to finish. The next evening approx 24 hours later she stood and walked to the restroom and the wound starting gushing blood. I called West Creek ER and they said she needed to be seen again. I was not going back so we went to another ER and were seen and told quite a bit more information about this particular laceration. She was then instructed to stay off of it for at least 5 days also no work for those 5 days. That area of the wound would be prone to bleeding and it needed to stay dry and bandaged. This was almost the complete opposite of what we were first instructed. I would like my copay returned since I had to return to another ER within 24 hours to obtain proper care and had to pay yet another copay. I will be following up with a more formal complaint. The experience was awful and we will not return to this ER.
