We are a family owned locksmith business located in the Historic Downtown Winter Garden Fl. We have been in business for 20 years serving residential, commercial, and corporate accounts. We have a fleet of vehicles to provide on site / mobile service and a retail store for walk in service. Our shop hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Our Mobil service is also available after hours and weekends for Emergency Needs.

Asked to cut a couple keys for a vehicle. They informed me 45 a key. When asked why so much they replied that's just our price. I called another place who cut them for 70. I asked if they would match at least. They replied "nope have a nice day". They just seem arrogant and non friendly. They never said anything bad just didn't like the service.

Ed was our tech. Very knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. I'd recommend this business anytime to anyone.

Not the best service. If you need a quick key cut they can do it.

Rick from West End Lock & Safe just left a property that we manage and did a wonderful job changing out the locks. He was very knowledgeable and ended up suggesting a cheaper option with a safer lock. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
