I had an appointment today with them. At 10am. Took off of work i asked for an hour because an hour seems reasonable. I asked the receptionist at 1010 if i would be seen any time soon he then responds with no its gonna be an hour. I then tell him well i would've liked to know that before hand to reschedule. I also told him that no one made it aware to me that the faculty had moved prior to appointment and i had to find out for myself. He then says ARE YOU DONE. I have been coming here for 2 years and i am now no longer going to be a patient here. He is one of the rudest receptionist i have ever met. Even when i called for the new address he was like WHO IS THIS. Why does he need to know who i am for the address. This is also my first review ever written. This is the level of my frustration.

Very unprofessional the receptionist has a very stickie attitude, poor customer service skills...The staff needs an attitude adjustment...OR be retrained OR replaced, one unhappy patient ..

I was so disappointed by this family practice. I have been a patient for 5 years since moving from Henderson, NV. Annie Rodman, FNP was wonderful but recently retired from this practice. On my last visit a little over a month ago I spoke with her about a physician and believed Dr. West would become my Dr..and his name was on my some prescriptions. Today I was simply told to find a new Dr. and they would forward my records when requested. 

Their online add states this, " Talking, listening, learning... all qualities of a great family doctor.  At West Family Practice, in Fort Mohave, Arizona you will find a clinic that provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical services in an environment reminiscent of the old-fashioned family doctor You will find physicians ready and willing to listen to your concerns so you can work together to come up with the best health care plan for you and your family."

This is evidently not the case. Health care is so important and it is unbelievable that this practice showed little concern for me as a patient.
