I would never deal with these people! My dad had an order in with them to do dog kennels at his house. This was a $3400 deal. He had been in contact with a guy named Mark Over the past few weeks and had talked to him yesterday to get an update on when they could start. He got a call from the owner today and he started fussing at my dad telling him he needs to obide by the company hours and not to call him at 5:00 in the morning. We live in Alabama so this would have been 4 our time and my dad isn't even up for work at that time. My dad DID NOT call the owner and tried to explain that but the owner cancelled his order and said he didn't want my dad's business. This is a horrible way to treat returning customers!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
Don't waste your time with this place. They came out same day to give an estimate. We told them we wanted the work done. The guy said he would set us up with an appointment as soon as he got back to the office. Didn't hear anything. Two more calls to him with the same promise...nothing. Finally we called the main office and the secretary assured us we would hear from them today...nothing. Clearly they don't want any business because they don't return calls or actually schedule the work
Nice people, but the quality of their work is mediocre at best. The fence has been in for 3 months and I've had to call them back out 3 times to fix things that were not done correctly the first time. Some of the posts were not set correctly, They neglected to attach some of the boards with more than two nails 14 boards I found that were not attached correctly, and poor work on putting the gates on. If I had to do it all over, I would not use them again.
Posting on behalf of Michael DeBurgo: I had such a bad experience with West Georgia Fence that on May 19, 2017 I sent the secretary, CFO, and owner of the company a letter along with payment for services that were rendered but not completed. After posting this review, I received a response from the owner of West Georgia Fence via social media. The company that we dealt with represented themselves as West Georgia Fence on every interaction that we had with them. In fact, the payment was made out to West Georgia Fence because that is who the company represented themselves as. Once Ms. West disputed what I posted, I thought it was only fair to investigate further. I went through all of the information that we had. We even rummaged through the trash to find the signs that were posted on the fence after the work was completed. The only evidence that we have that the company that came to our home was different than what they represented were the signs that showed West Georgia Custom Fence on them. These people misrepresented the work to be done, tried to charge me extra to complete the work, exhibited poor customer service, and didn't even provide a warranty for any of the work that they performed. I do not want a refund. Because of my horrible experience, I do not trust them to finish the work. In fact, if any of West Georgia Custom Fence's representatives, contractors, or employees ever set foot on my property again, they will be escorted off my property by the Fayetteville Police Department for trespassing. What I do want to do is to make sure that no one else has to go through what I endured as one of their customers. As consumers, we all have options and choices. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong company to do business with and hope that by sharing what I experienced that other people can avoid being treated in the same manner or worse. I have options and I have a voice.
