They've got customer service "locked" in!  I have been using West Hartford Lock for our business for years.  These last two weeks, though, I've had to call them three times (two standard calls and one emergency call).  Kathy is super nice and really helpful.  She scheduled me as soon as possible and really made sure we were put at ease.  Chris, the locksmith, is a true champion amongst men.  ;-) He knows his stuff!  He handled the diverse situations we threw at him with ease and fixed, corrected, and installed his way right into a five star review.  Thanks for such great (and continued) service over the years!

Got there, sign says open and no one is available to copy a key for another hour at least. Pretty useless if you ask me.

You'll get people who care and the absolute best service hands down at West Hartford Lock. I own David's Pet Services in West Hartford and we deal A LOT with locks, keys, and the like. We go to Lowes, Home Depot, West Hartford Lock, and other places too. Time and time again I am pleased with the service I receive at West Hartford Lock compared to anywhere else I've ever gone. It's been in business for 60 years and I love supporting this local small business gem. West Hartford Lock for life!
