West Jefferson Rehab Connection's outpatient rehabilitation centers are designed to help people of all ages recover from a variety of disabling injuries and illnesses. Our goal is to
help patients achieve their highest level of function and mobility and return to work, school or active retirement.

Our treatment programs are administered by a team of qualified professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists and others. Our motto is “Rehabilitating our community with every step, every hand and every voice.”
