I have never EVER written a review, no matter how bad the place so. This is probably the worst hospital in North America. Literally. I have been counting the time, and now we have been here for 5hr 24min. My dad had a whole side with broken bones. They call this an EMERGENCY hospital? Seriously, if my dad had a more serious problem he could’ve died! We arrived here at around 8 and now I feel like dying of sleep deprivation. After around 2 hours, we got called for a “room” and we saw people gasping in the hallways with bad quality beds. My dad got cold staying in the room for 1 hour so we asked to go outside. The rude nurse responded sarcastically by asking if he needed a blanket when they didn’t even have any! My dad was now trembling and my mom said that we were going outside no matter what and the dumb nurse said that “We are in a hospital stop screaming” when my mom was kindly asking! We went outside and we asked for a blanket. They said there was 1 left and gave it to us. It smelled HORRIBLE. Update since we have been waiting here, there has passed 6 hours and the nurses that we have asked don’t even know where the doctors are! We ha e asked twice and they are completely clueless. We asked for a rolling chair so he could go to the bathroom since there was some when we walked in. They said there was none!?!?! We basically had to drag him to the bathroom and nobody even looked at us struggling and helped us! Update, sleep deprivation is killing us. The vending machines say “Healthier Food, With More Quantity” but the only 3 things were some moldy sour cream and onion chips. We have spent 7 hours here and have lost almost a whole day for this! This is the most horrible hospital ever, if you care about your family, don’t come here. I would give this 0.00000000001 stars if I could.

I went in for a surgical procedure with a one night stay. I was extremely impressed with how easy the process was, I was admitted in a matter of 15 minutes went up to surgery and was passed right in, everyone was amazing, friendly and trying to make sure I was calm. After surgery y woke up in my room extremely comfortable and clean. I had a menu to order my food from. the nurses in the floor could not have been better.this hospital is a hidden jewel. why go anywhere else?

I am very grateful we had a great experience with both my elderly parents, who were admitted separately within the same week. Doctors and nurses were both very friendly, great bedside manners, and extremely concerned about my parents well being. Even the kitchen and cleaning staff were very professional. We were very blessed that they got lost on the way to an emergency room and arrived at this hospital instead. We all felt that my parents received treatment of a 5 star Hotel. Keep up the good work!!!

I went in about 6:30 am after a fall with severe pain in my arm. It turns out I had a dislocated and fractured shoulder. The ER doctor was Dr. John Kobilis. I can't say enough good things about him. He is so kind, compassionate, patient, caring. He set my dislocated shoulder. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He always had a friendly, approachable smile. I hope West Kendall Baptist Hospital appreciates the treasure they have in Dr. Kobilis.

We unfortunately have been through different hospitals with my mom lately and I can definitely compare, and yes the Kendall Baptist hospital is one of the best if not the best, cleanliness, service, staff truly professional caring and friendly. I personally was impressed is almost like staying in a resort (yes, this is too much to say ) but it felt that way. My family and I had a good experience. Thanks to all! And I almost forgot, they have the best cafeteria, the food is AMAZING better than any other place, you'll find cafecito,coladas, an awesome salad bar and fresh hot healthy food as well, very clean at decent price with a free coffee service all day .
