This is my primary care provider and I have Never had a problem with front desk at all.. Very nice and they do everything they can for you within their means. My physician Vivian AU is not only intelligent but very thorough and when I have had to see people at the after him hours clinic they were  great also.

I seen V.Au 8/22/17 tell' me she made an referral to stay by my phone.shower,crapper ete.No call come to find out she didn't send no referral as of 9/7/17 so the desk ladie sent it They called me 9/8/27 ,One word Incompetent..

Called back on 1/13/16 for additional questions regarding pain management and medication interaction and was shuffled around four different times, and then told by someone playing the mediator between the doctor and me, that I would just need to come in for a re-evaluation if treatment was not working. 

The woman mediating was fairly short with me and expressed no interest in me letting her know which stage of the medication process I was currently on and placed me on hold while she spoke with the doctor.

Fantastic care, the woman who checked me in was kind and courteous despite me being from out of state, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me advice on how to obtain insurance here at my new home, and even printed off pamphlets in regards to my injury for me to read over. I will absolutely go there for my medical needs moving forward.

I was a walk-in patient. Was seen very quickly. Met with the provider Anna (An-ya). Staff and provider were very lovely and helpful and helped me with all my needs.
