It was my first time going, and the service was great. They had customers in there already that they knew, and those all looked like happy customers. My car was done in 2 days and a car was provided to me, which was great. They also took me to see what was wrong with my car, didn't push for unwanted services, and were so prompt and courteous. Thank you! I will definitely back again.

This was my second trip to West Omaha Auto, the first being for a pre buy inspection that went wonderful. This trip proved differently, while the customer service is absolutely wonderful, beware of the pricing. I was charged almost $470 for 3 hours of labor all to replace 2 fuel filters. I realize a diesel mechanic is more expensive, but $156/hour is insane.

Edit- I was called with concern within 24 hours of posting my review. It was explained that there was some extra work done to the vehicle that I was not originally told about. Then to solve the issue they even offered a discount for the work provided to make things right. This again goes to show they have excellent customer service and I believe they genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be going back!

Took a family car in for an oil change and to check out a noise underneath that troubled me. Everyone was extremely nice, accommodating, and thorough. I didn't feel bullied like a lot of places can make you feel, and they went above and beyond to let me know what needs to be done soon and what can wait. Honesty and Integrity! Love it. Would recommend to anyone that asked.

I got a coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation, so I thought I'd give them a try.  Very pleasant to work with.  Everything went smooth.  They didn't even charge me extra for the synthetic oil required for my Prius.  I got an 18 point inspection check back, and I thought "Oh, they're probably going to try to find something to do."  But the only thing they found bad was the one thing I knew was bad--the wiper blades.  So it was a very positive experience and I'll probably give them another try.

I have done business with West O Auto for years. I am known by many as the "Gas Guy" They have given the best of service to not only my personal vehicles but also my company.
