My daughter attends pre-k here and she has had a wonderful experience.

My children were students there for over 2 years. I quickly removed them from the school after the principal failed to mention one of my children was attacked by another student. I believe that the school tries to cover up what really goes on because of funding. I also found out that there isn't a cafeteria for the children to eat lunch. They are required to sit at their desks where they do their work. Also, the older kids sit inside the gym room at tables. There isn't a lunch aid that cleans table. They do have a janitor that sweeps and mops the gym room. All of the children are behind in the curriculum compared to the public school up the street. I thought that having small class sizes meant that the teachers would be able to focus on particular needs of the children. This isn't the case. I'm so disappointed in myself for allowing my children to go there as long as they did. One more thing I thought I would mention is that I was told that the children have phys-ed as a  requirement...I was lied to about that because none of my children have been in it. The principal claimed that they do but told me they don't got outside because of the weather. I think she was just trying to cover up what was going..Instead my kids told me they go to a reading room and the teacher reads stories. This school is such a joke. Like I said I wish I would have listened more to what my kids were saying from the beginning.
