It’s difficult to review a business based on one experience. Apparently the tailor does not do alterations to taper the jacket, but only moves the buttons. I’m not sure if this is a military thing, or a lazy thing. I’ve had plenty suits deconstructed and tailored to me, that is the concept of a tailor, but I digress. Also, when asked if certain jacket sizes look or fit correctly, the tailor just smiled and asked me how it felt. Today, I came to pick up my clothing, and the rank was never sewn on. Although it was written on the slip, the woman at the desk said she forgot. These are not dealbreakers, but are huge inconveniences. The woman at the desk is very kind and helpful, but it just wasn’t enough.

Terrible customer service, I turned in my service cap to get it striped and when I came back on the scheduled day to get it, I was informed that they "didn't have time" to look for it. They were eager to dismiss me and apparently wanted to play the waiting game with me. Instead, they said they would call me when it was ready--essentially, at THEIR convenience, not mine, and not at the date we agreed upon. Don't go here, they don't deserve your business. Go into Highland Falls or elsewhere, but not here.

The customer service here is bad and I am sure that I turned in officer pants and got enlisted ones back. Go to the laundry plant over by Washington gate, they are cheaper and have better service.
