The owners are very knowledgeable about to protect or belongings for long term storage. They are willing to work with anyone if you have a problem. The owners are always doing their best to keep the security systems of their facility updated. I've seen brand new LED lighting installed, motion activated infrared cameras and a new pass code activated security gate all in the last 3 years.

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Well lit, clean, safe, and video secure. Well maintained. Owners on premises. If they tell you they will do something for you or your unit, guarantee it is done. Betsy is the best, very friendly and knowledgeable. Have and will continue to recommend West Ridge Mini Storage to everyone I know for their storage needs.

Awesome storage unit. Good prices, clean and secure. Betsy is amazing, was willing to answer all of my questions and gave me lots of tips and information. Customer service is phenomenal! Will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a storage unit.
