Overall bad experience with the staff and the grounds. My Father is buried facing 21st St and it floods by the road over there. We couldn't get the office manager to call us back to address our concerns and we had to contact her manager for assistance. Then we were charged $403 to place a concrete header for the headstone only to find out there is no concrete poured-just that a 4 inch deep hole would be dug the size of the headstone and the headstone would be placed directly into the ground-the same ground that floods. Not to mention, the grounds are not kept up and the forever hanging help wanted sign says alot. Nothing has been resolved regarding any of our concerns. We were told that management would contact us once again and we are still waiting. If you want poor service and lack of follow up, please consider using this company for your burial needs.
