Really friendly and accommodating staff. Grounds are newer and really well maintained. I switched from the public storage down the street that was overrun with bugs and mice and over priced.

Water and candy in the office, super clean facility, move in truck for use at no charge, haven't seen a bug yet! I'm so much happier now that I switched to this place!

Free truck to use for moving in. Owners are very reasonable. Easy to deal with.  Good prices.

I have to say I experienced the worst  customer service here by the ownership/management.  As a professional in the property management industry, there is no need for this behavior.  When asked if I could speak with their corporate office, they simply said, "you are."  Now at this point in my life I am in need of a storage unit and there is no way in HELL i would ever consider using them again.  Hello Public Storage.

This price storage unit is so reasonable... It is the best price I could find in Sac and West Sac.  Jay has been so helpful to us, and Sue showed a great unit.
