Management is unprofessional. Continually change answers to specific questions even when in lease. Much favoritism among people. After 1 1/2 years it was time to move. Airing on being positive and proactive to make any situation better was always met by anger and hostility. I personally want professionalism when I am giving someone Money every month. The owner supports management with the same amount of blind ignorance.

Peaceful neighbors but management is very unprofessioal and send water bill out same day its due then charges you a late fee

Not happy here at all. Management has no clue what they are doing. They say they will do one thing and don't do it. I was accuse of harboring people there and I was braking the lease because of this which in truth was NOT true. There are empty trailer with broken windows from kid's throwing rocks at them. They don't check on it when you report it. Now, the manager is a coward and bully all at same time. She hides behind a partition and won't even speak to like a human. She just screams at you. If you are looking for a place to live and don't want a headache DO NOT LOOK HERE! You will regret it if you do. Oh if I could give zero stars I would...You don't deserve 1 star.

Poorly maintained park, homes in bad condition. Warped floors, bad wiring, no smoke detectors, etc...
