All honestly hands down the best company. Yes I'm leaving this company for a home daily job. But I will gladly say while working for a different company that west side is the best and most driver friendly company that I've ever worked for and probably the best in the industry. Everybody's great! Nice and just words in general can't express how great west side is. If I could I would rate them 10 stars.

Grrreat place to work! FAMILY ORIENTATED!!! They care about every employee weather a professional driver, mechanic, driver manager it doesn't matter we are here for each other . All for one ... One for all!

Anyone who knows me, can confirm my Love and passion for Driving. It's not just a job to me. It's my way of life. Wether I pickup my load from a Rail yard, or from a Giant Pier like Global, or from the bakery who cures their own bagels. It is my passion to receive and deliver. I truly Love everything about Transportation and its intermediaries. I care about profits, and my bottom line. I'm always looking for excellence in my job, and work. As any real driver can tell you. Perfection takes determination, hard work, and tedious attention to detailes. My Zeal for transportation- A scope. Challenge yourself. Learn all modes of transportation, and then match the freight with the job, and price a pickup per drop, begin in a 250 mile radius, with a 24 hour deadline. What do you have? Airplane? Nope. Check schedules Train? Save money? Nope. Check schedules and commitments Ship? Cheap, but nope. I gave you 24 hours West Side Transport? Yessss. Congrats.

They have been very nice to me the dispatch Austin has always been very helpful and Betty.,she has been helpful and kind always asking how am doing because I am on my fourth kind of cancer.she alwayskind to me.the mechanics are hard working,and Kim and Karen are always so helpful,thats all I know

Gotta a lotta love these guys. After having worked for a large corporate company it's incredible to come work somewhere where everyone knows your name and works as a team. Since day one my dispatcher and everyone else in the company has had my back. Work hard, be polite, and this company will take care of you.
