Everyone here is very professional. They told me everything that I needed to be done and were willing to be flexible about their options. This is my first visit and, definitely, won't be my last. The dental hygienists was very thorough with my cleaning, too. I was fairly surprised. Not a lot of people take the time to put in the care that she did. Plus, the prices are very reasonable! You can't go wrong with West Spring Dental.

I was misdiagnosed and overcharged. They said I had periodontitis, which is not true. They said I needed crowns when all I needed was a couple of fillings redone (crowns $1,200--fillings $200). They said I needed all four wisdom teeth removed and 2 unnecessary bone grafts ($450 each) when I only needed two fillings (4 extractions with bone grafts $2,800--2 fillings $200). They wanted to do a lot of extra work that wasn't necessary and a lot of work that insurance didn't cover. Their overall cost estimate was $5,000 with insurance but another place did the fillings for $1,600 without. The "laser therapy" that comes with the deep cleaning is not covered by insurance and cost $100 per quadrant. The ADA says studies on its effectiveness is inconclusive $400 for something that may not do any good at all. It would have been nice to see the doctor for more than 5 minutes, too.

This is my second visit to West Spring dental for a dental cleaning and exam. Everyone is very professional and I would highly recommend West Spring dental for the whole family. I bought the Smile IQ pro series toothbrush so i can keep my teeth in good shape for my next exam. Ya'll are Awesome!

Great staff, nice, clean facility but an extended wait time. I was the only one there with the exception of one other person than came in afterwards. My appointment was at 4 and I left about 6pm. I was in the waiting area at most 15 minutes and about 1- half hours for an exam only. Other than that, awesome staff and dental facility.

if you enjoy paying almost $200 for a routine covered cleaning, getting mysterious bills and getting sent to collection agencies, this is the dentist for you. Also was told my work was covered, but they failed to provide the correct proof to the insurance company and i had to pay out of pocket for that as well.
