Twice lost my glasses and then the next time never sent my order out to who ever makes then. When I found that out, I told them to cancel the order and give me my money back. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 7-10 DAYS! Horrible experience. If this was my only place to get glasses from, I would rather not have glasses than deal with this company again.

Poor, pricey and badly organized section of frames. Sold my husband who is a cancer patient and can not speak $46 eye lid wipes after telling him he was being given free samples. My eye exam was satisfactory but still have not received my glasses 3 and a half weeks later. Have tried to contact company without any luck. I am very unhappy with them .

Terrible experience. Rude staff. Unclear answers. Wouldn't tell me what they were gonna charge until after so i just walked out. Seems like some shady business. They told me my insurance didnt cover a fitting fee for contacts which is anywhere from 50 to 150 but couldn't tell me which price until after they did the exam...so my co pay plus some bs fitting fee when walmart vision center charges 95 for the whole exam without insurance. No brainer there...office was disorganized and staff was not friendly at all. I wasnt the only angry customer in the office at this time either so obviously nobody likes them. My mom said she would have warned me about using them prior had she known i had an appt. Beware.

They where very rude .i went on good friday and here it is the 5-8-17 and i still havent got my glasses ...what in the 🌎 so i call and of course they where rude we will call you when they come in okey have a good day clickkk.. Find someone else unless u like rude people ...especially the eye dr. She is rude too
