Customer service is for complaints. They work with and for DHHR. They will ask you questions, sometimes pretending to care. The questions obviously came from DHHR. Sometimes they yell, are very hateful, or even claim they don't take complaints about DHHR workers. Your complaint is then sent to the same office who you are complaining about. I have so many, I record the conversation, and I make a list ahead of time. I do not answer their leading questions that will be changed and then DHHR will use the false information against you. Always record, always have a list, and always be prepared for smart-mouthed hostile employees who will yell at you.I report them to Charleston, WV through a very detailed email report of events.
