My issue is with them not answering the phone during normal business hours. I work and don't have time to go over there but I've been trying to get the leading information off and on for about 4 months. Nobody has ever answered my Call. I've left my message on the answering service with a contact number and have yet to receive a response. I used to live here when they first opened when I was about 12 years old an d I loved our place and I'm trying to get back here but I want so it if nobody will answer calls.

I lived here almost 3 years and I enjoy living here, have no problems except office staff. When talking to a person who asking about her home please stop talking to adults like kids!!! I pay my rent on time. I don't bother anyone the other staff are nice and helpful, but when speaking to the head person is a nightmare,. When someone says something don't come off as being pushy or rude let them talk and explain.. 
 I will ask some else to help me instead of asking the HEAD IN CHARGE it's a least they willing to hear me out... Thanks

I worked at two properties that the company owned - Dolce Living at Twin Creeks and West Virginia Park. Dolce was absolutely a joy! I loved it there. It was peaceful and fun. The managers made you feel like apart of the family and never changed. They were consistent every single day! Now lets begin with my problem with West Virginia Park! The property itself is very well maintained. The maintenance crew was great and so were most of the residents. My favorite was the assistant mgr Shaundra. She was and still is my go to lady. She genuinely cares and she is also consistent with her personality. The one and only main issue I had while working there (and even after I quit) was MARDI the manager. She was horrible. I'll give my reasons why I feel so strong about this. From the very beginning she stressed to me that she was very difficult to work with and said most ppl don't like dealing with her. I should've took this as a sign to get out of there but it was 5 mins from my home and I needed something part-time while I look for an assistant mgr position, which is what I've been blessed with now! She was repeatedly rude and inconsiderate towards me. Several times she would interupt me while im touring with a prospect and tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. She embarrassed me on different occasions. She was very ghetto acting in front of anyone she felt like she could be with. But when her boss Anita would come in she was a total different person, almost acted as if she was a nun. Almost every resident hated her, not b/c she was a mgr but because she would treat a grown woman as if they were kids and beneath her. The breaking point for me was when an elderly resident came in, she kindly asked for her account statement. You can tell she felt it was unnecessary so Mardi very rudely said okay you can go have a seat I'll get it! That was it for me! I just couldn't take the mistreatment towards EVERYONE anymore. She had no boundaries.  I felt I was going to end up really going off on her b/c I believe in respect ESPECIALLY towards my elders. But that's not all. The day after I decided to quit and never return to that hell hole, she sent me a nasty text and threatened me in a way by saying I better be careful with the bridges that I cross in this industry. Then the next week when it was time for me to get my last check she didn't give me a whole day worth of pay all because she was mad about how I left. Usually i'll never leave a job in that way. I'm very dependable but she was like the devil in a dress. I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to show her how it feels being put in an uncomfortable situation. She was upset mainly because Shaundra was going on vacation and she was there alone which meant she actually had to work and not leave and take her usual 2-3 hour lunch like she did daily. So I reached out to her and informed her about my check, of course she ignored me. I tried calling her she would never answer. Eventually she got a temp girl in there and I could hear her in the back ground telling her I'm not in. She was just an evil, miserable lady and I was so upset I reached out to Anita several times. She never even attempted to contact me so I decided I was going to write this review and let everyone know exactly how I was treated. I may not be important to them but I'm very important to others and my voice deserves to be heard. I was nothing but loyal to them and I got treated as if i was beneath them. Even Shaundra felt so badly for me she advised me to reach out to Anita who didn't care anymore than Mardi. But I'm a strong believer in God and all weapons formed against me will NEVER prosper. Mardi you will have your day. Maybe not today, maybe not this year, but It will come and when it does you'll regret the day you started treating ppl the way you do.

I love residing over here! It's the complete opposite from where I used to stay! My kids even enjoy staying here as well. My only problem is the visitor parking. I wish we can have more visitor parking spaces or we can get some visitor parking passes. That's why I give them 4 stars!

Horrible complex!!!

im not even gonna waste energy on this review.
Bottom line, i have an ex who was staying here when we dated and from my time in visiting i have absolute nothing positive to say about this apartment complex or anyone who runs it. My car was towed once within 15 minutes of me being there for bs reasoning "it was towed 13 minutes prior to being registered" (i was only there 15 minutes before i noticed it gone), and the car was registered as it had been previously.  the gates are almost always broken, the maintenance crew never responded, i've had several female friends who stayed there that did not feel safe in the apartment complex per my conversation with them, and needlessly to say some of them moved out. There nothing you get for your money, amenities, well i would say they suck but there arent any. Overall,  i'm not a big review guy unless a place is really great or really horrible, this is the latter. wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy if they were homeless. In truth, i would give this place negative stars for being a piece of s%$# . Stay here at your own will, but my advice would be to save yourself time trouble and anguish and look elsewhere

Since so many people are sensitive these days (which i don't care, my life is great) and you have to be politically correct online
