I have been a patient of Dr. Lageaux for year and years and I really love her, but unfortunately, the office itself and their procedures are the worst! I really hate the thought of having to find another primary care doctor, but I cannot tolerate this place. The office staff are very rude and cold (always have been). - but again, I have tolerated it over the years just to see Dr. Lageaux. The policy they have to charge people 35 dollars for not canceling an appointment 24 hours in advance is absurd and it should not be allowed. Life happens and sometimes, you forget to cancel 2 days in advance. I was unable to get off from work to make my appointment that day, so I canceled the morning of my appointment and then received a bill in the mail for 35 dollars. They should not be allowed to do this! Let's not even mention that every time you go to this place you sit in the waiting room for hours. Find another primary care doctor!

I wouldn't give them one star but I had to. I've been going to this facility for years. The last few visits, especially with Dr Pare has been horrible. I am made to go in, pay my $40 copay for him to fill out PW for SSD. Instead of answering questions pertained to what he treats me for, he answers others with NO knowledge about. He states I can lift 50lbs... The Dr who actually treats me for my shoulder and back states 10lbs... Huge difference. Also, my thyroid levels have been perfect for 7 months and he wants to place me on thyroid meds... I'm presently looking for a new PCP.

The doctors are great and are there for a reason but everyone else drags around day in and day out. I haven't had an appointment time actually mean anything in the last 8 years that I have been visiting. Whether it's the walk in clinic or the family practice be prepared to sit in the the waiting room for an hour plus listening to the same diabetes and dieting commercials the whole time.

This happens to be one of the worst doctors offices I have ever done business with. 1. they failed to call in prescriptions correctly 2. they lied to the pharmacy about prescribed materials causing me to drive back to the office. 3. when i got to the office to pick up what was described i was told it was not something they had at the office. 4. they can't keep track of their billing. 5. they don't know who their office manager is. Dr. Shearer is a good doctor - but his choice to employ such irresponsible and dishonest staff makes continuing to be his patient very challenging. I will look for better care elsewhere.

We go the the urgent care. The place is quiet and calm. The wait is too long, even when there is no one else there.
