We attended an orange ball tournament here with my 10-year old. Jay Dono was overseeing the matches. My son has been in many tournaments before but I saw him being in distress (crying) after the first 20 mins with score 2:4. I wasn't sure why he was in distress. He continued to be upset through the rest of the game. He lost many games before and it was not a big deal. I could only talk to him after the game as parents are not allowed on the court. He said that the other boy was not standing in the right place according to the rules, which gave the other boy advantage. My son is very quiet and by the rules. I wish he had spoken to Jay earlier but he is a kid and didn't know better. After the game, I let Jay Dono know, after he made me wait a really long time chatting with someone from the club instead of attending to the needs of the tournament players or parents of players. I completely understood that the outcome of the first game cannot be changed and I was not challenging the outcome. I just wanted him to keep an eye on the boy with other players. He brushed me off and said: someone else in on the court. I said: "Right, but they are not aware of the issue". To which, he just smiled and went back to his tasks without doing anything about it. Overall, don't expect any support if you are not a member of the club and just a passer by.

Friendly staff and a good equipment/court to member ratio, it never seems to get too crowded. Membership trends towards professionals and families; no gym-rats. It's a pleasant place to work out regardless of your fitness level, everyone seems to be welcome.

Never too crowded. Machines and weights are always available even during peak evening hours.

Has a smoothie bar and small pro shop. Good courts and staff.
