Food was very good, service was excellent. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back. If you advertise a "kids eat free" Monday special on your website, you should honor that. Nothing like being told at the end of the meal that despite the website, the restaurant is no longer running that special. Very disappointing.

Walking into this place was reminiscent of Home Alone II when Joe Pesci poses as a cop in the front entrance and the pizza guy is trying to find out who to give the pizza to. Total chaos. The hostess stand at this 'restaurant' was a swarm of screaming kids, hustling servers, and confused managers. I should have turned and left then, but I stayed. After the hostess started to seat us, and then went to arrange tables elsewhere, we were finally seated on the patio where we waited for 10 minutes. The server never showed up. 10 minutes. Whoever is managing the staff here is better of finding another line of work. Your establishment is half full and you can't get a server to a newly sat table in under ten minutes? 6/22 at 8:30 after your Thursday night rush.

Severely unsanitary dishes and silverware, staff and management always fail to do a good job serving. A major problem in this restaurant lies in the age range of the staff. Most of the employees appear to be in their teens or early twenties. These kids take no pride in their work and do not exercise attention to details. The waitress was polite, but she did a poor job. We had dinner on the outside patio and she disappeared indoors. 30 minutes went by without seeing our waitress, and she never asked nor gave us refills of water. Once I asked the waitress for refills, she stacked the glasses onto one another, then brought the same glasses back, which is unsanitary. The silverware was dirty with food encrusted onto it. One of the forks had bent prongs. Food was encrusted into the appetizer plates. A busboy came out and whistled loudly and shouted "Hey, yo!". He then realized that we were sitting on the patio and apologized and said "Sorry, I was hollering at my boy." Great grammar! Management needs to improve, the young wait staff need training and guidance. This place has potential, if they make some positive changes.

I usually do not write reviews. I sent the business a private message: My family and I were extremely disappointed with our visit tonight, 10/21/17. When we arrived, we were promptly seated in the back room. Our waiter (I will not post his name) was friendly but overworked. He took our beverage order which consisted of waters and 1 beer. It took us almost 10 minutes to receive the beer…and it was not cold when it arrived. At the table we split a Caesar salad which we enjoyed. We had to ask for our empty water glasses to be refilled. We ordered 3 beef burgers (1 medium and 2, medium-well) and 1 lamb burger for our entrées. By the time our burgers were served the French fries were ice cold. The medium burger was served rare and was dripping blood. It looked like raw meat in a grocery store. One of the medium-well burgers was correct and the other was overcooked, dry, and was sent out of the kitchen with a burnt brioche bun. The lamb burger was served with multiple toppings on the wrong bun (had been ordered plain), however we were unable to locate our waiter for help. We ended up having to walk into the servers’ area to find him. When he brought out the correct order it was clear that the toppings had been scraped off and that the same burger had been re-served to us. We found a few leftover caramelized onions and remnants of cheese on the burger….we weren’t impressed seeming that my father cannot safely eat dairy due to an allergy. At this point we didn’t bother asking them to cook the rare burger further or replace the lamb burger. When it came time to pay for our meal we were overcharged $3.00 for the incorrect burger, which we brought to our waiter’s attention. We have visited the Mt. Kisco location a total of 2 other times. We have always enjoyed our meals and we have loved the cinnamon roll dessert. However, we did not order dessert as planned tonight and we will not be returning in the future. The food was absolutely awful, the service was poor due to under-staffing and the experience was not worth the $70.00 spent. Did you recently change management or ownership? Our experience in June, 2017 was the exact opposite of tonights. Very very disappointing. The response I received: My name is Vincent Corso the GMOP for all Westchester Burger Companies. First let me start off by apologizing for your bad dining experience this past weekend. Not to make any excuses for my staff we have introduced a new menu only days earlier and with all the moving parts and changes they might have been overwhelmed not only in the back of the house but also the front. We have been successfully serving the residents of Kisco/Bedford/Armonk for over 5 years and our success is our ability to make our customers happy and fix issues so they our guests always feel comfortable dinning with us. So I know Saturday was not our most shining moment but please give us the opportunity to show we are the same restaurant you visited in June. Fixing the issue of a wrong burger by ‘scraping away toppings’ it not acceptable seeming that my father was served food that could have made him very sick. Why would we ever return with a response like that? I would steer clear of this place, especially if you or your loved one has food allergies.

Maria waitress put our party of six close to kitchen and would not lower loud music from kitchen staff Could not hear conversations Food was good but not worth the untrained wait staff. We had to hold our appetizer plates so the main course could be distributed After that waitress then collected the plates but left unnecessary glasses and dishes still there. Needs training by owners. Shame on them
