Not bad for a community college honestly, and I was impressed with their phone service. Feels a lot more personable compared to my home institution.

They have a million people working in the financial aid office and can't get simple stuff done EVERRRRR! This is the fourth semester I couldn't get my books with my financial aid because, they are slow!

I went to Bursars office today where I got a HORRIBLE experience ever. The Indian woman in the office was extremely IMPOLITE and dumb. She gave me obviously wrong information with no confirmations and resources even though I repeated those are weird and different from what others said so I almost forced to pay tuition as a non-resident that is much expensive than as a resident . Fortunately.her colleague talked to me and fixed the mess. The Indian old woman should have fired and be ashamed!!! I wonder how she accepted to do this job... a payment is serious.

WORST.SCHOOL.EVER!! I hope they close down for good VERY SOON! There's no motivation or inspiration at all in this school whatsoever. The counselors and teachers are horrendous!! For every 5 teachers there, only 1 teacher is decent! They hold back their students far too long from achieving their true potential and don't even get me started on the atrocious time consuming and full of adversity enrollment process!! If you're still stuck taking a remedial/non credit class; instead of being able to register online LIKE IT SHOULD BE FOR EVERY STUDENT, you're instead forced to go all the way to Valhalla to register for classes EVERY semester until you've passed ALL their pointless non credited classes! Very excruciating and appalling for any student! Their counselors are always putting down students, not one can potentially uplift you when it comes to succeeding in school. This school is entirely all a scam. They will give you classes that do not pertain to your major and leave the big fat F on your transcript if you fail it, even if you're a Math and Science student that was given a social worker class that has absolutely nothing to do with your program!!!

The bookstore staff are very helpful and they will help you chose the right books you need for your classes. They also will tell you are spending to much money on items you don't need and they over charged me for a prealgebra textbook. I only give it 3 out of 5 stars due to limited stock and if you plan buying textbook's from the bookstore do your pricing research before you go
