This hospital is one of the best hospitals I have been too. From being helped at the front desk to being seen in the ER at a rapid pace. The ER doctors are very nice and care deeply about their patients. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was admired in less than 20 minutes!
Amazing personnel and my doctor Ramon Ernesto Allegrette is the best! Caring, loving, and vary fast to assist me get rid of my sciatica pain. He even walked me to the bathroom and walked me outside to my car and husband along with my nurse and wheelchair.
I had wonderful help from my nurses, they were very caring, delicate, and you can tell they loved their work. During my bilateral lumbar steroid epidural procedure my nurse was holding my hand and wiping my tears away. I came in very inflamed with a lot of pain and was scared.
Today, I am home recovering  almost pain free.
God bless the caregivers at this hopistal!

Horrible service! I have left 5 messages for Dr. Enrique Casuso over the course of a week, and have yet to hear back from him. I contacted the nurses and administration with our concerns and their only reply was that the doctor is busy and they would leave a message. We are completely in dark about the condition of my grandmother and they couldn't care less.

I want to start off saying that I'm very disappointed with Dr. Enrique Casuso of psychiatry. I've never experienced a Dr. so irresponsible in my adult life. I'm aware that Dr.'s have more than one patient to take care of, but between myself, my husband we have left him 6 messages in a course of the week.  My mother was admitted on 8/03/17 for a UTI and on Monday I was informed from her nurse Oliva from the 3rd floor which was very pleasant, a good caring nurse & informative about mom, she asked me if I was aware that mom was being transferred to the psychiatric unit, & if the last nurse on shift had informed me. I told her I was not aware, I was  not informed from the last shift. The reason being for her transfer was that mom was very anxious.
 Mom was admitted on Monday to the psychiatric unit. I want to say that the nurses on staff  were limited to give  me information since the Dr. is the one that I needed to speak with, which is  very understandable I had no problem with them.  Till today 8/10/17 Dr. Enrique Casuso  has not given me my mothers psychiatric condition,  if he has changed any medication for her or if  she needed any medication dosage changed nothing has been communicated to me by him.  He has not been in touch with me though several messages have been left to him . I'm aware only of her UTI condition by the nurse on shift, so mom has been in this unit for 4 days now and I'm still in the dark. I have high respect for Dr.'s & nurses which In my family I'm proud to say there are neurologist, neurosurgeons, pediatrician & nurses and  are very devoted and caring  to there patients as it should be . So I know a Dr.'s  job is not an easy one. What I do not except of any Dr. is to be irresponsible to not communicate with a family member about the status of there sick family member. I pray and hope that know one ever has to experience this poor service my family has had to go through. I will still have respect and admiration for the Dr.'s & nurses that do the best they can for there patients with dedication and respect." I believe I've said Enough" .

Horrible experience, my mother came out worse than when she came in. All they where interested in was sucking as much money out of the insurance as possible. No wonder the cost of health insurance is so high.
