They were dispatched to our house from our home warranty company because our washer drain kept backing up. The tech came snaked from washer to main line ran washer empty and said it was good. I ran a full load and it backed up again so called them back and he came back and snaked it again later that day. Went to do dishes and now the sink is backed up. Called the home warranty company and they said they would send them back out. We had not heard anything so my husband called West Tech and Angel went off on my husband telling him he shouldn't be calling and since the warranty company didn't call it wasn't a big issue and could wait till she decided to send someone. We have no way to use water in our kitchen and I am afraid to run the washer again as well. With a family of 5 dishes and clothes pile up very quick. We contacted the home warranty company after the very rude conversation with Angel and let them know everything as well and hopefully we can get a company out here soon to fix what they were unwilling to fix.

Great Experience!! They came to my house on time, and didn't leave until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The service tech stayed later in the evening than I expected to finish the repair. That is customer service!!

Very professional...I have used several others that cost more in the long run because they don't know what they are doing.   These guys fixed of a bad situation and had the equipment to do it.   Great job!

Recently had a leak under our foundation at our home. WesTech was professional, friendly and accommodating. They put in a competitive bid which we compared against a few other local companies. We hired them for the job and it was completed quickly without issue.

Will be glad to work with them again.

They have some of the best licensed plumbers and best prices in Lubbock! They will always try to get you scheduled in and make sure your plumbing problems get fixed the right way the first time!!
