As soonest you walking the dental office the girls at front welcome you with a good morning and a smile.
I cant really remember the girl at front but i beleive her name is Stephanie in less then 2 min she had my chart ready and some paper work to field out  like 10 min juan walked me to the x ray room took my xrays very patiently which is good... dr shamoon arrives to my room introduce himself and his sales rept josie both very patiently and  knowledgeable. 
Dr shamoon give me a diagnostic and josie explain to me with details what i need for treatment. Also i was very surprised with the hygienist Patricia she introduce herself and explain  with details  what she was doing and the best thing this hygienists was not rude or in a hurry like other hygienists in another offices.
She will ask me every 45 seconds if i was in pain or discomfort while she was doing my cleaning and is good when staff show you they care i been to other office's were they are in a hurt and they dont even care or mistreat you.

If I could give them no stars I would!!!.
This place is trash! Their service is terrible. I had to make 2 separate apointments, one for consultation and second one for treatment. I went in for my second apointment. They had me sitting there for way over an hour for them to tell me they would being  only doing one tooth and I had to make a 3rd apointment! I walked out an left.

Dr. Andrew Lee is the best I have had only the best care and treatment here from the orthodontist and its because of Dr. Lee and his caring staff Isabel,Lorraine, and Sonia go above and beyond the call of duty...I appreciate them. They are sooo wonderful...

This place is so ghetto Do not come here 
The workers do not know what they are doing 
They try to force you into getting braces and they don't even care about your teeth 
It's ridiculous 
I have braces and I went to dental masters in pico Rivera Best place ever ! 
This place pressured my fiancé to get his braces here and practically forced him
I walked in with him to see how they worked the lady did not like how I told her to change her gloves she was walking patient to patient touching their mouth and as soon as I told her to change her gloves she said to go wait outside in the waiting room 
Please I work at a hospital I know how germs are transmitted 
This place has no sanitation 
So please please who ever reads this please don't come to this dirty filthy place where they don't care about your teeth 
They just want to get money
Not to mention when you get braces you are suppose to have all your dental work done 
That's means all wisdom pulled out and no cavities this place put braces on my fiancé and now his wisdom teeth are hurting him

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been too, they are not organized and the wait even with an appointment is over and hour just to be scene. So if you do get treatment it takes about another 2-3 hrs  plan on spending half your day there just for a cleaning and they reschedule you to come back if you need any fillings. The staff is very incompetent and never has answers, we have been waiting on a referral for over a month and when we call all we get is the run around only to find out it was never submitted !! they said the person who was to process the referral is no longer there , this staff is completely incompetent! I cant ever believe there are employed. If you can pick another western dental office or change insurances all together I would strongly suggest you do so. The only reason I would give this office 1 star is because the dentist are Ok that is if they don't leave you sitting in your chair over an hour for 10 mins worth of work, but they do get the job done.
