Well I've been here just 3 times and everyone is really nice and polite real fast too and they do a great job I love this place.

This was my first time at a dentist office in over 10 yrs and was extremely nervous but the staff put me at ease. The technology they use is seems to be advanced. My dentist Dr. Nguyen was very thorough in explaining what I needed done and answered all of my questions. I love that she took the time to make me feel like a patient and not just another number. I left with a better understanding of procedures that needed to be done. The front desk staff was also very sweet and was able to help me out for finding solutions to help my financial needs to pay for all my dental work. That itself is another story, costs an arm and a couple legs to get anything done which is why i have avoided the dentist for so many years but baclk to my point. The wait time was way faster than anticipated, i was seen right away. Overall I am extremely happy with the service I received here.

Very good experience I had here the other day, even though I have a phobia of going to the dentist, everyone was so calm took there time to explain everything and did not rush to the process. 😀

I took my  4 yr old son here today for his for his first dental visit..Dr.Nguyen was very communicative and thorough and cleaned his teeth.. though my son was crying at times and very nervous, he did an amazing job calming him down and was very compassionate..thumbs up to the staff too..they were wonderful to him..thanks everyone at Western dental!
