This place is the worst!! Appt time 9:30 am, been waiting 1.5 hrs already & nothing. Being told they are under staffed & overbooked (by receptionist). Same thing they said last week when they called to cancel our appts & reschedule. So glad my son is missing school for this. The office help isn't very helpful or compassionate. Avoid this place if possible! You've been warned.

My children have been going there for the last 6-7 years and I called to schedule their checkups which use to be really easy. I haven't had any complaints. Until today. The guy on the phone asked me who I was, for all of my info which I confirmed, then starts asking me for my sons social and everything else. I said once again how long my children have been there and all of their information was in the system. He wanted to ask me again for the social security numbers. Time to find somewhere else to go.

I do not like this place they always make you wait for soooooooo long. I do not appreciate their services. Go somewhere else if you can.
