Made an emergency appointment and got in within 4 hours. Sat in the lobby less than 10 minutes and less than 5 minutes waiting in the chair. Every person was smiling and nice. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. This was my second visit in a year. The doctor was great and took his time.

Called thursday morning for a check up and got an appointment that same day and was able to get my cleaning that same day as well. Went there and even tho the place  was busy they were able to get me in for service and got everything done in good time. Staff was really friendly and explained everything completely. I will be staying on getting my service with  that location and i truly recomend it.

Western Dental took great care of me and my teeth. They were helpful when I needed to reschedule appointments, and seemed genuinely concerned about me as a patient. Couldn't recommend them more.

This is the first negative review that I have ever given any business. As a business owner, I know the negative impact a bad review can have on a business, so I try to avoid it. Well, here we go. On 5/1/17, I called and made an appointment to have a "deep clean" done. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and blocked 3 hours out of my day to have the work done. Upon arrival, I checked in and sat down, waiting to be taken back for my appointment. The technician took me to the x ray room. I explained to the tech that I had just had x rays done a couple months ago and that I was here for the recommended treatment based on my previous x rays and exam results. She informed me that this has to be done each time I visit, and that the cleaning would be done after the x rays and exam were completed....again.  After the exam, they stated that they did not have the information regarding my cleaning appointment and would not be able to perform the treatment today. They mislead and lied to me about needing to do x rays and the exam in order to fulfill my appointment. She then asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment to have my cleaning done. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any business. Zero customer service, no organization, and no business ethics. It is a shame that places like this are allowed to continue to operate. I'm sure that the reason for the additional x rays and exam are so that they can fraudulently bill my insurance carrier for additional services. The scary part is that these people are responsible for the sanitation of tools that come in contact with areas of your body that are susceptible to infection. I will be contacting OSHA and the Arizona Dental Association to file formal complaints.

Don't go here. Unfriendly staff. We scheduled an appointment for cleaning and they wanted us to do all x-ray and documentation all over again - we had already done it less than 6 months prior. To me sounds like they just want to take as much money as possible in each appointment. Do not recommend this place.
