I went to this dentist because it was convenient for me to do so...It took them 5 months to give me 2 posts and a bottom denture...I finally received my denture but tried to tell the doctor there that the denture was loose and he either didn't understand or just didn't care. He told me that I don't need to come back unless it gets loose...go figure it moves up and down in my mouth...doesn't sit on the gum line since he put in the final snaps for the posts. What am I suppose to do here? I have never had such a bad time.....Now I have to call them and see if I can get someone else to fix the problem the doctor left me with..biggest waste of my time ever...

I was in so much pain. I went to Western Dental and in less then 15 minutes or so I was having X-rays to see what was going on. Yes I  was seen and with compassion for me they found out I had an infection starting. Problem sloved. Some Antibiotics and Pan killers and I should feel new in a few days.

I really don't know why this place gets such a bad review. I came to this office because I had a infected wisdom tooth and woke up one morning with a huge ball of infection in my jaw which prevented me from opening my mouth fully. Almost every dental office I called required me too have insurance or pay upfront. Thankfully I found this place in which the office was able to work with me to get what i needed done without having to make upfront payments.

Quite frankly, idk why this place gets such a bad review, almost every visit has been positive. 

Pros:
- Really nice office staff and receptionist that are very helpful and informative.

- Every appointment I had so far (had wisdom teeth removed, all fillings in every tooth, and braces) was either a very short wait (like 3 minutes) or no wait at all. They literally did everything within 1 month, almost back to back.

- Dental Doctors seem caring.

- Have playstations and stuff to keep kids entertained along with TV's.

- Will work with me so I make a payment plan instead of having to make payments in the office. 

All in all, everyone is great, from the doctors to the office staff and finance. All seem really caring and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

This place has its Ok moments but more bad then good. I don't understand how they get so much business when there are so dysfunctional. I like the doctor and some of the staff in the back working on are teeth are nice but the way this office operates is terrible! and I cant stress that enough. Maybe its because they are really busy but I have had multiple occasions where they have not been able to help me on something that I needed done right away with my braces or have not been able to see me and made me wait an hour just so that they can go to lunch. I understand that everyone needs to have a lunch break but that is why you have a system in place to break up the lunch time in groups so that patients can still be seen.

DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I show up for my appointment at least 10 minutes early every time and check in and they still make me wait an hour every time for every appointment iv ever had. Today they said that they pushed back my appointment and hour and did not call me to let me know about this change. This is very inconvenient because I had to take time off work for this and now I'm late for my college class as well. This is not the first time this has happened to me... They are very dysfunctional. If I didn't have a contract here I would have gone somewhere else in a heartbeat.
