Janet was such a great patient care coordinator. All the treatment necessary and different options where explained to us as well. I would highly recommend going to this office. They have very nice staff and will take care of what you need. Thank you to my patient care coordinator for making our visit to the dentist so much easier.

*Got 3 crown impressions -- 10/28/17 Sat*

-Janet explained everything in detail and came back to check on me!
      •This was my very first appointment at Western Dental.

-Marisa (the very last person who worked on my temporary crowns -- who also has 17+ years of seniority) was very pushy at first. 
      •She grabbed my mouth for suction and (since I was in a lot of pain) I got very upset.
            -We both quickly resolved the issue and she did a great job shaving my temporary crowns for a very nice smile!

-I was eating dinner tonight (whole beans) and decided to call Google's 1st telephone number for the company, because I don't know if the "glue" is edible.
      •Freddie (call center in Honduras [South of Mexico] -- emergency option 6 / customer service option 0) was unable to contact anyone that could help me. I was on the telephone for 25 minutes.
            -He later, resolved the issue!

Went into this place to have emergency work done to a broken tooth. Was in agonizing pain. The staff was unfeeling, uncaring, and the dentist threatened me with police action because I had the audacity to be in severe pain and raise my voice. The people over at Sutter urgent care did more for me to reduce my pain and to Find a REAL dental place. If you need emergency work. DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Avoid! I would not wish their kind of "care" on my worst enemy.  A Vet would be a better choice.

If you're looking for a dentist that doesn't have long waiting periods, doesn't treat the patients with attitude, then Western Dental is for you. Every single employee there is courteous and kind, and attends every patients needs. There is a Patient Care Coordinator Janet who is extremely kind, respectful, gracious and very very beautiful. She helped me with whatever I needed and always had a smile on her face. I would strongly recommend Western Dental to anyone who seeking a new dental clinic or dentist.

As a patient here, I am very disappointed with the service here. Every 6 months I come here to get my teeth cleaned, and there was never a time I left satisfied. There was one time they were cleaning my teeth and I started bleeding but they didn't do anything about it. Their dental care sucks. I am ok with the orthodontics though. But I have a final report for my medical class about a job I want to do, and we have to interview someone in that job. I been calling them daily, but I still haven't gotten a call back. They tell me the same thing every time too, "The doctor's busy but I'll tell him you called, and call you back when we get a response." Ok, so he is busy, I get that, but it is not like I want to interview him because I want to, it's because I have to and my grade depends on it. It really makes me question where that "great costumer service" is. Utterly dissappointed
