Unique setting and friendly environment. Fairly priced and good food. It has become our new favorite local place to go eat when we don't feel like cooking at home.

Asked for over medium eggs. Evidently this is too much to ask. Both times I went I asked for over medium eggs and both times even the whites were still runny. On the second time I poked the yoke with a piece of toast and found the yolks to still be running including the whites. So I said to myself, no. And I brought them up to the counter and asked if the cook could please make the eggs over medium. The waitress said what do you want, over hard? I said fine. She came back 10 minutes late with 3 slices of cold toast instead of four. (I suppose this is the cooks on those who question his ability to do his job correctly.) if you're in the facinity, and you arent a masochist, just go to the capital city diner a mile away and 5280 times better and faster.

Good food and service. Needs a remodel as the original booths are nice they are also no longer well cushioned. I enjoyed eggs Benedict with homefries loaded with peppers and onions. Spent less than 8 dollars per head.

I stop here once a year. Best diner for price, quality and quantity. I don't leave hungry and the prices are the best. My only wish is more diners would follow this diners ol" school ways, I would eat more at diners.
