This company used to be Cascade Roof and Gutter. We used them to clean our roof like over six years ago and the job they did was excellent. Now, after they were bought-out or re-branded to Western Exterior, the clean-up quality is a little below average, with wood material, nails, and staples on the drive way. The pricing also seemed to have jumped 33% over six + years (?!) Make sure you get any discounts they offer in writing because they seem to "forget" whatever was promised over the phone.

We had this company do our roof on our rental home...they were referred to us by a friend and we were less than impressed.  The workers on the job were hard to understand and we felt that they were not trained well in their installation.  There was also quite a mess when they were done with the job.
